  • Thank you Mel for hosting our stay! It was a blessing to make your home ours for the weekend get away. This place is so cute and cozy. With careful thought and preparation to the guest, down to the labeling of where things are and easily accessible. It was freshly cleaned upon arrival, we got to enjoy a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds and a relaxing dip into the hot tub under the stars at this peaceful retreat. The kids enjoyed having the bikes to ride (Tricycle being the favorite) and a big hit to have! This home is accommodated and equipped with all you need for any local or non-locals perfect beach day. It was 100% worth the stay and perfect for a family stay!

  • My wife and I booked a stay with Mel and their home was just as amazing as they were. The home is very clean with every drawer labeled clearly. The bedrooms are comfortable and the closets were very spacious. It had a cute backyard with a hot tub and they even have bikes, boogie boards, air hockey, and a foosball table. We have a 2 year old and she loved playing with the toys and reading the books there. A crib and pack & play were also available. They really thought of everything. The house is located VERY close to downtown cocoa beach. It took us 4 minutes by car and 12 by bike. It’s also incredibly close to the beach. Really couldn’t ask for a better stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

  • My kids and I loved the house. Everything was provided other than food. We felt comfortable the minute we walked through the front door. The house is only a few blocks from the beach. The bedrooms were fantastic, the kitchen was amazing, and it was a short drive to all Cocoa Beach has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for letting us make incredible memories at your place!!
