The PCB Postcard
A property that feels less like a beach house and more like a private resort.
Panama City Beach, Florida
Project Overview
The objective is to create a property that feels less like a beach house and more like a private resort. We want to provide an experience that guests will remember, photograph, recommend to their friends, and choose over competing listings in the Panama City Beach market.
The overall design direction focuses on creating a private resort experience that is welcoming, tranquil, and effortlessly refined. The design emphasizes a seamless connection between comfort and leisure, offering guests a relaxing retreat from everyday life. Open, airy spaces and a carefully curated color palette work together to evoke a sense of calm and exclusivity.
Design Strategy
Say goodbye to the predictable, cliché Florida beach house. This design strategy aims for a a true "social stay". A highly photogenic, private resort experience that demands to be shared and remembered. By anchoring the space in warm, earthy tones like burnt orange and beige, and contrasting them against sophisticated, moody slate blues, we are creating a high-impact visual identity. The result is an effortless, tranquil escape designed specifically to captivate guests, drive recommendations, and visually dominate the Panama City Beach market.

How This Project Was Supported
This project demonstrates the design foundation that informs our short-term rental work. Design is never treated as decoration alone. It is used as a strategic tool to shape how a space feels, functions, and supports daily life.
