SO many amenities that make traveling and packing easier - (beach & pool supplies, tiki bar, games, fishing poles… they even had a stroller which was a nice surprise and came in CLUTCH for our group). “Absolutely loved this place! My wife and I met up with family and wanted a place everyone could hang out. Plenty of outdoor seating, BBQ grill and the pool were all amazing. We had plenty of dishes and dinnerware for everyone and were able to entertain my family without having to have everyone bring things. The beds/bathrooms/kitchen were all comfortable and spotless. We didn't need any of the children's toys provided in the house but it was awesome to see so many things provided for those who travel with kids. I could definitely see families just hanging out and enjoying the sun.”

“This is the best house we’ve rented after renting houses in Florida in Jan/feb for 5 years. It’s a great deal for the space and the pool was awesome so so clean and we paid extra for it to be heated and totally got our moneys worth, the thing heats up big time! “Mel’s place is an absolute gem on Merritt Island. We stayed here for almost two weeks and this home had everything we needed. This beautiful house is clean and cozy. Mel is an amazing host, very attentive and was always quick to respond to anything we needed. We spent most of our time in and around the pool and the tiki hut. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
