“Our family enjoyed our stay. The place was great and very good for several adults and two children. We liked the way there were two seating areas on the first floor and both decks had relaxing views and comfortable seating. The location allowed the children to ride their bikes when we went out to dinner and there were several good restaurants. We had a nice week in Colonial Beach.”

“Loved the multiple seating areas throughout the home. The primary suite on the 2nd level is good size and has its own balcony. The two bedrooms on the 2nd level are not great for couples, just keep in mind when booking. Both rooms have bunkbed style rooms. The 2nd level AC through the night did not feel cool, everyone was warm.”
