Project Overview
This personal condo was designed as a direct expression of identity, design philosophy, and creative voice. The space embraces color, contrast, and intentional room-by-room storytelling, allowing each area to have its own character while maintaining overall cohesion.
The living and dining areas establish a soft yet confident foundation through blush pink tones. The office extends this palette into a functional, energetic workspace. The primary bedroom shifts into a contemporary, fashion-inspired aesthetic, blending blues, black, and white with natural elements and living plants. The guest bedroom introduces contrast with a relaxed, neutral, globally inspired feel that remains versatile and welcoming.
Together, the spaces demonstrate how thoughtful design can balance self-expression with comfort, flexibility, and everyday livability.
Design Strategy
This home was designed as a personal creative environment that prioritizes individuality, emotional connection, and visual storytelling. The approach focused on allowing each room to express a distinct identity while maintaining cohesion through color balance, material continuity, and intentional transitions.
Rather than pursuing a single aesthetic throughout the condo, the design strategy embraced contrast as a unifying element, using palette shifts, texture layering, and tonal harmony to create a space that feels dynamic, expressive, and livable.
The result is a home that functions as both a personal sanctuary and a design showcase, reflecting how intentional storytelling and spatial clarity can coexist within a cohesive residential environment.
