Casa Solana

A European coastal-inspired retreat defined by soft pastel palettes and breezy, light-filled spaces that echo the calm rhythm of seaside living

St. Augustine, Florida

Project Overview

Casa Solana is a European coastal–inspired interior concept where the design intent centers on capturing the ease, softness, and timeless character of seaside living.

The aesthetic is realized through a layered palette of sun-bleached neutrals, Mediterranean blues, and weathered pinks, brought to life by wallpapers and coastal-inspired details. The final result is a cohesive home that balances quiet sophistication with the breathable, permanent feeling of a coastal summer.

Design Strategy

The strategy reinterprets classic Mediterranean coastal living through a clean, contemporary lens. By anchoring bright, light-filled spaces with artisanal, geometric patterns and warm, organic woven textures, the environment balances relaxed holiday ease with refined sophistication. Every view is intentionally curated to evoke the sun-bleached romance of a Southern European estate.

How This Project Was Supported

This project demonstrates the design foundation that informs our short-term rental work. Design is never treated as decoration alone. It is used as a strategic tool to shape how a space feels, functions, and supports daily life.
