Cosmic Cowgirl Condo was conceived as a destination-driven short-term rental, not just a functional place to stay. The core goal was to create a fully immersive “space cowgirl” experience that would stand out in a saturated Nashville STR market and attract experience-seeking travelers rather than price-driven guests.
Designed as a themed, story-led property, the space was intentionally built to feel memorable, shareable, and emotionally engaging. Every design decision, from bold visual moments to layered decor, supports the idea of the property as part of the trip experience itself.
The target outcome was a property that drives bookings through personality, visual identity, and differentiation, while still operating seamlessly as a high-performing, low-friction short-term rental asset.
Design Strategy
This home was designed for experience-driven travelers seeking a stay that feels playful, immersive, and unlike anything else in the market. The target guest profile includes girls’ trips, smaller bachelorette groups, celebratory getaways, social travelers, and weekend visitors who prioritize memorable spaces, shareable moments, and personality-driven design over generic luxury.
Market analysis revealed a saturated East Nashville STR landscape dominated by neutral palettes and design-minimal interiors, creating a clear opportunity for visual and experiential differentiation. Rather than blending in, the strategy focused on standing out through a bold “space cowgirl” concept that feels intentional, story-led, and visually distinctive, positioning the property as a destination in itself rather than just a place to stay.
