The design draws from a jewel-toned palette anchored by deep navy, rich textures, and layered materials that bring warmth into a contemporary framework. Rather than relying on minimalism, the approach embraced pattern, contrast, and visual depth to create rooms that feel distinctive yet cohesive.

With five bedrooms and flexible gathering spaces, the layout was designed to support group travel while maintaining comfort and flow throughout the home. The goal was to create a property that functions both as a relaxing group retreat and a visually compelling short-term rental that stands out on booking platforms.

The result is a space that balances personality with durability, offering guests a warm and memorable stay experience while positioning the property as a strong STR asset within the Syracuse market.

This home was designed for group travel and extended stays, with a target guest profile that includes families, visiting university groups, small retreats, and friends traveling together.
