Project Overview
Social Loft is a full-home transformation where every room is designed to stand on its own while contributing to a cohesive, high-impact guest experience. This project embraces bold expression, modern forms, and playful contrast, turning the home into a destination rather than just a place to stay.
From statement wallpapers under sloped ceilings to sculptural furniture, acrylic accents, neon art, and iconic pops of pink, each space is curated to feel intentional, immersive, and unmistakably memorable. The result is a home that invites connection, conversation, and visual discovery at every turn.
Design Intent
The owner came to us with three clear goals: higher revenue, standout design, and a listing that stops the scroll. Social Loft was designed to deliver on all three.
Every room has been mapped, measured, and styled with short-term rental performance in mind. The layout, furnishings, and visual moments are engineered to photograph beautifully, differentiate the listing, and create an experience that feels more like a boutique hotel than a standard rental.
This is not design for decoration’s sake. It is design as a strategic tool to elevate perceived value and guest demand.
